With experience across the U.S. and Canada, Andrew is deeply involved in every stage of the investment and development cycle, driving long-term success through value creation and risk management.

Adrian Tarapacky leads all development initiatives at Fairway and is responsible for executing the firm’s real estate development strategy. He oversees the full development lifecycle, including sourcing and underwriting acquisitions, managing planning and approvals, and directing design, sales and construction. As Vice President, Adrian is accountable for project execution, risk management, and the delivery of high-quality developments. He brings extensive experience across residential, industrial and mixed-use asset classes. Prior to Fairway, Adrian held senior roles at Slate Asset Management where he oversaw several development projects and worked closely with institutional partners on acquisitions, entitlements, and value-add strategies across the GTA and GGH. Earlier in his career, he was part of the investment team at Main and Main, and held key roles across both the low-rise and high-rise divisions at Mattamy Homes.

Emily Snyder
Director, Investments
Emily Snyder leads deal execution, portfolio strategy, reporting, and capital structuring at Fairway, overseeing the full investment lifecycle from underwriting and agreements to financial modeling and project execution. She works cross-functionally and with external partners on financial strategy, capital deployment, and risk management, and also drives GP/LP negotiations, debt sourcing, and governance across active investments. Previously, Emily spent six years at Harbour Equity underwriting and executing preferred equity and co-investment deals across multiple real estate asset classes, while supporting fund strategy and reporting. She began her career as a Chartered Accountant at EY, specializing in complex financial reporting and transactions.

Associate, Development and Investments
David Rostirolla supports both the development and investment lifecycles at Fairway, working closely with the firm’s leadership team across deal execution, financial analysis, and project management. His responsibilities include project underwriting, market research, and financial modeling across Fairway’s diversified project portfolio. David holds a double degree in Business Administration (BBA) and Financial Mathematics (BA) from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a CFA Program candidate, having passed the Level I exam.

She supports both people and processes, always learning and adapting to help maintain a well-run, high-performing office environment.
